Panel Approves Trash Bid: Mascaro trash offer moves on to Council - with questions 
PHOENIXVILLE - A recommendation to approve the bid for Borough trash services from private hauler J.P. Mascaro & Sons was sent Monday evening from Council's Utilities, Health and Sanitation Committee on to the full Council. The vote was a unanimous 8-0.
